Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your ChiroFlow account and all associated data. Please review the information below before submitting your request.

Before you delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all data associated with your account.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account information - Your name, email, and login credentials
  • Workspace data - Any workspaces you own and their associated settings
  • Messages and communications - All messages sent and received through the platform
  • Integration connections - All linked third-party service connections
  • Call logs and recordings - Any call data associated with your account
  • Lead and contact data - All leads and contacts managed through your workspaces
  • Campaign data - Any campaigns and their associated configurations

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Legal compliance records - Data required to comply with legal obligations (up to 90 days)
  • Transaction records - Billing and payment history as required by tax and accounting regulations
  • Anonymized analytics - Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data that cannot be linked back to you

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been fully deleted. During this processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

How to request account deletion

Option 1: From within the app

Sign in to your ChiroFlow account, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Option 2: By email

Send an email to support@chiroflow.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Reason for deletion (optional)
